The mobile court fined a driver for carrying a passenger in an ambulance at Raiganj Upazila in Sirajganj. Subir Kumar Das, Assistant Commissioner (Land), headed a mobile court in the Bhuganati Bazaar area of the Ghodka Union on the Dhaka-Bogra Highway yesterday afternoon.
